Group of 11 19th century business letterheads and notes containing orders sent to a hardware store in Macon, Georgia by businesses and individuals in Blakely, Georgia in Early County. Sending orders and merchandise via train was how business was conducted between Macon and Blakely. The group dates from the 1880's. Some pieces in the group are soiled. They were stored in top floor of the Macon hardware store for over 100 years and show some dirt and soot stains.
